Could we have an option for Hardback or Paperback books please.
This would help when poeple search as some people have a prefference for one or the other.

oh no! all the categories would have to be duplicated - wouldn't it be better to have a field which had either paperback or hardback as a value attached just to book listings?

That was what I meant Madelaine, a simple pick list similar to the one for if you want the auction in or out of your store.
