    As you are at seller level, which incurs no more fees if you dont use the account, whats wrong with the button on your screen that says on/off, or do you have to type in ebids address at the top?

    I was the winning bidder, sent money have not recieved goods.
    Seller sold two items same day,is it possible to locate other buyer to see if they are having the same problem? Its not a huge amount but very annoying.

    The best thing to do is leave accurate feedback explaining your issue. hopefully the other buyer will do the same. If a seller gets 2 or 3 negatives in a row ebid automatically review their account.

    Brian how did you pay, and when did the auction close? If it was by Credit Card you could potentially get the money back through them.

    Do you know the other buyers ID? If so you could try sending them a PM, if you dont know the other buyers ID then wait till they have left feedback, then do a PM

    Sadly due to data protection, I don't think eBid admin would be allowed to give you details.

    I paid seller+Lifetime with my paypal several weeks ago. and Now I find that I only have buyer status. How come my paypal was debited with the amount and now I cannot sell an item

    Default Escrow - What are the protections for sellers?

    Not answered at all in the Escrow faqs are what the protections are for sellers.

    For instance, what if the buyer returns the item to the seller, but the item has been damaged or replaced with a fake (and the seller can show before/after photos which prove this)? What if a buyer just has buyer's remorse?

    I need to know these things before I sell high-end items on your site, so please let me know.

    If you want to be a good alternative to eBay/Paypal, you should remember to respect the sellers as much as the buyers - eBay/Paypal does not.

    I was disheartened to see these FAQs geared towards buyers only.
