am an ebid user. l have not been using it for quite sometime and due to this l account have been put on hold. l have been asked to update my card details, l have been finding it difficult to update. please can you help?

I have miss spelled my Username , I want to change it before I start selling or buying, there seems to be no way that I can contact Ebid.

Theres a tab at the top of this page that says Help, and then a Contact us tab, have you looked at that.

Yes I have tried that, the help tab does nothing but direct you to the forum, there is no way to contact ebid on the ebid help or contact tab

The biggest form of online auction fraud is when a seller takes payment and then fails to deliver the promised item or the item is delivered but does not match the item description registration page and enter your details.

i need help everytime i try listing something i get ebid alert and not sure if i should click ok first when tryed listing a manchester united shirt that is not fake then when i tryed to list a boys tshirt by rebel can you halp im not able to list anything else
