jiggi I see this seller has a nothing but negative feedbacks and is now struck off. I fear your wish for a desirable item has overidden caution and buying from a seller who I presume at the time had a zero feedback is unwise. Things like Iphones are always the first thing scammers pick to entice the gullible, do your research first and check out the reliable sellers before parting with your cash. Did you use a credit card for payment in which case do a chargeback.

mickscustompicks your items are rather specialist and I wouldn't expect them to be a really hot seller, do you have any other related sales lines. Your listings are also difficult to read being in capitals, presentation could be improved, neither do you give any information about previous selling history or feedback. Take a look at one of my listings to see perhaps how you could improve on both these points.

It explains when you signup that a 7,30,90,365 Seller + is a recurring subscription.
To stop being charged, go to My eBid, My Subscriptions, & downgrade to either Seller, or Buyer. To totally close your account email support@ebid.tv

hi i am new to ebid and just started posting items for sale today. i was wondering when I go to view items i'm selling there are red x's next to every item and next to that says delete, edit, end auction. I just wanted to make sure my items are still active. how do i check this? thanks

Hi trader1234 welcome to eBid, I can't see your items as you may have them set for sale to the US only which will restrict your selling opportunities. OK to help you get started also add a signature link to your posts so us nosey lot have an easy link to your items, read this thread http://helpdesk.ebid.net/showthread.php?t=100959 Also fill in some info on Your About Me Page so people know who they are buying from, have a look at mine to see the sort of thing you can do. Perhaps buy a few things to kickstart your feedback over here, always looks better than a zero, ( I have some nice cheap prints ) have a look at my listings to see how I dealt with the zero feedback problem when I started. okay thanks...One last question. I just tried to look at my items and i was unable to get into my ebid my id name has a line thru it but i have yet to be notified by ebid that there was a problem listing my items. Do you know who i should email regarding this issue.

The line through your ID would seem to indicate there is a problem with your verification, I'd email support@ebid.net to get it sorted.

I have just joined, when i place an auction, the pictures seem fine, but then dissapear later, how do I correct this ? - ruisliprailways

The simplest way is to upload the pictures to My Gallery that you want to use in your listings, then select' Use this picture in my auction' at the appropriate time. Are the pictures showing in your gallery? I assume they are a reasonable size say 450x300 pixels and not 4meg file from your camera
