    Angry Undelivered item

    I have purchased some GHDs, piad for them and still havent recievied them.( ordered 28th April). I was given a tracking number which was incorrect and have e.mailed the seller which has been returned. This seems VERY dodgey to me.Now what?
    This is the first time of using e.bid and it is putting me off every using it again. Please help as i am now £60 out of pocket and have a very upset daughter.

    I Have Tryed Logging In For The Past Couple Of Weeks And It Would Not Let Me.ebid Sent Me My Password And User Name And Still Would Not Let Me In I Have Tryed Contacting Ebid For Answers And Have Not Got Any , Wot Can Ido

    micktheroofer I don't know what GHD's are but it certainly doesn't sound good. What sort of feedback did the seller have? How did you pay, can you do a chargeback through PayPal or your credit card. Have you emailed support@ebid.tv and also marked negative feedback to warn other buyers. If it sorts out you can change this later.

    Sadly eBid is not exempt from scammers, however they do seem to get removed a bit faster here than over on eBay.

    Hi, it looks like your account is on hold, so you cannot login, this usually happens to new users when their address or telephone information is incorrect, or they have set up multiple accounts.

    Question ending an auction that has been bid on.

    A buyer has bid on an auction I am running and has now decided they no longer want the item.
    how do i end the auctuion?

    Several options, 1 is place the bidder on your balckball list, this will then give you the option of removing bids and Q's from this bidder. You can then take them off your blackball list afterwards if you want to.

    2nd option is contact support@ebid.tv Tell them what the problem is and let them sort it for you.

    Hope this is of some help to you.

    I have accidentally listed an item on featured which will cost me £1 on a 1.99 item!
    Can I change this ?
    It would help if the featured option was not already pre-selected.
    I don't think it is right that we have to remember to opt out as I suspect I am not the only person this has happened to.

    You are not the first and no doubt you will not be the last.

    You should contat support@ebid.tv and explain your mistake, they are normally understanding
