Hi welcome to eBid, there is a charity section you can list or items in, or put your store in, you can also list items in the appropriate category for them & state it's a charity auction in your listings.

did you try support@ebid.tv and these items usually come from other places so it may be not g&m`s fault

i would like information about pppay.com. if a buyer pays you by this method does the payment go straight int your bank account? also. do you get a notification email that someone has paid by this method?

No the money is held in the same manner as PayPoo, you should receive an email advising you of a payment, however the big difference is that you have to login to your account and accept the payment for it to be finalised. You can transfer funds to your bank account when you choose though there is a small charge to do this, or you can use it to make paymetns to anyone else who accepts PPPay.
