hi ive recently sold 2 items to someone, ive checked with the royal mail. they are currently lost in the post ive sent them both by recorded 1st class delivery which requires a signature. these were sent on the 14th jan 08 so its been a while now. the buyer has filed a dispute with paypal im not sure of what to do about it as im fairly new to this. ive had a few nasty comments so ive mailed the buyer the tracking number to check themselves as it suggests i could be a liar and a cheat.its all very upsetting sharon x

Tell Royal mail your customer is claiming non receipt of recorded delivery items and ask them for a P58 form so you can claim for losses.

Tell your customer you have opened a claim with Royal Mail, ask them to respond to any questions from Royal mail, and tell them you will refund once Royal mail has completed their investigation.

Tell Paypal you sent the items by a trackable method and give them the details so that they don't automatically try to refund the customer. repeat this information on the paypal dispute area in your paypal account so that the investigator knows the position.

There isn't one at the moment, only the spreadsheet.
The guys are working on it but haven't given any idea of when it will be available.

We were just wondering if and how people from other European countries, e.g. Slovenia could register with ebid as there are no options for this country?
