how do i get my merichidise that i have already paid for . its been a month now and i have items from three partys now and they havent sent them out. paid threw paypal. i; wouild like to have what i paid for . thank you. carol

Hi dragrock
Always contact your seller first. If you get no reply from emailing the seller then...Log into your Paypal account and search help on "item not received" and follow the instructions on filing a dispute. You have a time limit for doing this so do not wait to long.

Do you have a listing tool similar to Turbo lister or express lister? If you did, then I would place auctions on your site. I would want to be able to export/import them from the other listings that I have currently to make it viable... A new seller with say 150 items doesn;t haev time to make new ads on your site...

The auction for my goods finished on 16th October 2007 and to date I have not received them. I have left messages and sent E-mails to the seller. The last E-mail sent to me by the seller said she had lost my address, so I sent this to her by E-mail and asked her to contact me. I have not heard from her since. I really want to receive the goods which cost me £50 which includes the postage. Is there a procedure for "goods not received"?

Gazza it might be worth deleting this thread as so many new users are posting queries on it rather than suggesting additions to the FAQ pages.

Hi New users
For most queries the answers are already available on the FAQ pages or within the forums- just use the 'search' facility. if your query has not already been answered elsewhere- start up a new thread on the appropriate board so people know you need advice, and you are much more likely to get help.

PS. For the poster above me- have you reported the non receipt to the police? How did you pay? have you checked if your payment was covered for any kind of protection? What was the sellers feedback like? Have you left feedback to warn others?

As I responded to you earlier please go to your Paypal account and look at dispute system there. Please continue this thread if you feel the need to by starting a new thread in Postage and delivery
