I am also a victom I thought I would try eBid instead of eBay I paid $49.99 and took hours and was able to list one item only. But the next day the item was gone from eBid. I called Paypal to file a dispute. I lost the dispute eBid claimed I used the service because I listed one item. Now I tried listing two items and they both disappeared. I give up. I again called paypal to see if I can file a reclaim again the dispute but they said "no" I would have to call eBid. But they are out of country the call would be $49.99. I guess I just have to be more careful next time. I will stick with ebay. Ebid sucks. I never got my T-shirt either.

1. Did you make sure it wasn't an item on the banned list.
2. The 2 items listed were they duplicate listings.
3. Did you contact eBid with your shirt size (they are not mind readers).
4. Have you contacted eBid support about the problems your having, support@ebid.net

You currently have 2 listings available to USA buyers only.

They were listed 9 minutes apart.

The start date and times are showing as follows.

• Start : Tue 07 Jun 2016 23:33:20 (EDT)
• Close : Run Until Sold

and

• Start : Tue 07 Jun 2016 23:42:13 (EDT)
• Close : Run Until Sold

To claim you t-shirt you have to contact support (support@ebid.net) with your size.

Hi and Welcome to the Forum. Have a look at your feedback page for info ......
eBid removes from the Sold list over time ~ you could always ask them to re-instate but I doubt that would happen.
I always keep the eBid notification of sale emails for quite a while.

You need to contact eBid yourself - this Forum is for members.
you can click the help button top of page & message Support with your size that way, or you can email direct:

BTW, the Guys in Support are brilliant, you won't beat them anywhere.....real live folk, not bots. Be nice to them!
