I tried to placew a bid and it would not let me something about not enough feedback to bid on that auction. well the item im bidding on the seller does not have any feed back. I have a pay pal account and alot of succeful bids on ebay. I dont understan

The seller of an item can restrict its sale to eBid users with a certain level of feedback. The seller of the item you are interested in has clearly done this - for reasons best known to themselves (maybe bad experiences with zero feedback buyers in the past).

If you are really interested in the item you could ask the seller if they would consider removing the restriction. If they will not then you will have to look for someone who does want to sell their items.

You don't, you just put everything you want in the description box and it grows up to the max size. Hit that and you're stuck. You could host a page elsewhere on a non-ecommerce site and provide a link.
