Just a thought here on your idea of themes. From a buyers perspective and the serious collector, if all the birds are there say for one month it may be that they can only afford one in that month. Is the best way forward to theme within the shop eg have different categories to order them? With this start on first bid scenario it seems a good idead to me right now but bear in mind I am new and have spent last few days getting to grips with this place my minds a wee bit boggled

Welcome to ebid chris, a good point/s noted,
may rethink the CHANGE for a ADD,
keep the birds on and add the horse, at which time chage the birds to AUCTION 2 days after 1st bid,

got to keep trying something

maybe introduce a LAY AWAY scheme 4 monthly pays of £xx per month, how would that go,

theres a new list going into my GENERAL store this week,
