Thread: No Watch

    Default No Watch

    Over 15 days ago I won a sale on a ladies watch.
    I duely paid and the seller did not contact me.
    I mailed through eBid and the seller replied that the watch would be with me in three days.
    After three days I emailed the seller asking where is the watch.
    The reply was that the seller found that it was faulty and offered me the same model but not gold in colour.
    I declined and asked for one in gold colour, the reply was an inferior watch was offered.
    I have emaild seller since and heard nothing from him.
    I have yet to give feedback.
    I have never had this problem on a very similar site I wont mention.

    if you paid with paypal you can open a dispute if the seller does not either give you a full refund which should include pp or the watch you won in auction. if you paid by another method you should contact support and ask for advice.

    Like someone has already said If you paid by Paypal You can claim from them. I personnally Have sold watches for about 5 years (old and new) And decided from the beginning to ALWAYS to use RECORDED DELIVERY.There can be No Aurguments over Have I sent it. If its lost in the post I can claim and Everyones ok. The Moral being ASK FOR IT TO BE RECORDED AND INSIST ON A TRACKING NUMBER If you buy an High Value Item.
