Feedback Error...Can it be revised?

I accidently left a neutral feedback instead of a positive one...It was one of my responses to a sucessful multiple transaction and its obvious thats its an error as the comments in it are positive and the previous 3 feedback which I had just left are all positive with likewise positive comments....My error has cost this seller their 100% rating,they are angry and I can't blame them!...Is there any way this error can be rectified?...James3
