    Sorry, I'm confused. How did you manage to do a Buy Now if the item already had a bid (or bids) on it? Buy Now should become unavailable as soon as an item receives a bid.

    Plus how could there be a winning bidder if you won the item with Buy Now?

    Have you tried any of suggestions above? Or go to top of this page, move mouse over HELP tab move down drop down box to eBid North America and click on either Canada or USA. OPens up help page, Left click on CONTACT US tab and you get the page you want. Then just send message via CLICK HERE TO OPEN SUPPORT TICKET. You should get conformation email within minutes and a reply from support (a real person) very quickly.

    You can always check your subscription details, it sounds like you have checked a box that maybe you did not mean to.

    Why do you need to make a phone call to achieve something as simple as ending your subscription? Just go to your "my subscription" page and do it yourself. You could also have found this information in the help pages:

    2) How do I Stop My Subscription?
    If you have a Seller+ account and wish to cancel your subscription, go to 'my eBid - my Subscription' and choose the 'Stop my Subscription' option in the drop down menu. Please note your existing subscription will continue until its expiry date but will not be renewed on expiry.

    When you joined YOU CHOSE to sign up for a recurring subscription.
    If you read the Terms & Conditions that you signed, it tells you clearly that all subscriptions other than lifetime are recurring.
    As you started the subscription, only you can stop it.
    It tells you how in the help pages.

    To totally close your account, you need to contact support, but be aware once closed they may not let you open another one at a later date.

    I thought it was recurring charge per week/month etc? When I upgraded to seller+ good move I say, after the the 7 days was up I was automatically put back to buyer status until I upgraded to seller+ once again, no reacurring charge here and I used an electron card
