Just had to contact support team. Couldn't actually help me get the refund, (my fault), used But It Now through Paypal and actually paid more than winning bidder for item!

However, rsponse really quick and treated me as an individual, rather than automated reply. top marks!!!!

I'll second that - Sent a question the other day and got reply THE SAME AFTERNOON. When I have needed support from ebay, i have received auto-email and nothing for days. Have to say, I am delighted to be trading on ebid and will be increasing my listings during the coming weeks.

At 1st i clicked on help,at the top it had 3 things and 1 was contact us,but it always said page not found or something.i then went to community fourm bit..and here i am.I didnt see nothing at the bottom of page.
