Hi thehoneyant, that would be a good idea, IF I wanted to have big bills,
extra pics = extra costs, any one interested in any item CAN HAVE extra pictures sent by email,,,,just ask,

I did infact do just that, with my first set of listings,,,
dont mind doing it, IF the sales are there, or even the bidding.
be no since in running up bills with nothing comming in,

    know what I mean ,,,,,

I have a lovely Continental, (eastern bloc), teas set, from the
1920/30, really nice thing, only to-be used when ROYALTY arrives for tea,,, just dont think its the sort of item that would be appreciated over here, been sitting with it for 12 years,,,
been on the greedbay twice, and no takers there,
may just have to hand it down,

It doesn't cost more to have extra pictures, providing you host them yourself. In the first auctions you listed you had links to your other photos, so you obviously have hosting. I don't know if stopped listing that way because you had to, or because you chose to, but you only need to use the link as part of your html to show the photo in your listing.

Some of my listings have as many as 10 images (that includes payment logos) I've only paid a gallery fee when something has sold.

By the way, I think your stuff looks really nice, but not my thing I'm afraid.

Some nice items being put up there QC...........some tips may help you get bids

On the lomonosov items, put what colour the makers mark is on the auction page, it is important to collectors.

On the doulton figure Paula HN 2096, id put the height of the figure on the auction and for your own infomation that doulton figure has a price guide of £175 so your BIN price is good price

    good luck!

this is great, you and I should live next door to each other,

well the lomonosov is red, is that good, but on the
Paula HN 2096 the guide of £175, is for second version, the !! common one, version one never got into the book,
the three most obvious differences, which are only noticeable
when you put the two side by side,
1- her left arm is at a different angle and a little shorter,

2 - the bows on her shoulders are almost twice the size as v 2,

3 - her head is at a different angle and that gives her a different pose,

that information is generally not known, now for the price,
it is ridiculously cheap at my price, there are only 9 known,
released for sale, and they where to staff,

it will take some one serious about doulton figurines to pick up on this one,
I must admit if it dont go, I wont be bothered, 10 years from now, I will be looking at thousands, or my offspring will,

I didnt know that about the doulton figure, you learn something every day, and i will be keeping my eyes peeled at auctions

Lomonosov backstamp being red aparently indicates a high quality as these were mainly made for export, also "made in ussr" is more desirable than "made in russia",
