I'm lucky if I average one sale per month, it's just so agonisingly slow and boooooring, that I'm NEVER gonna be able to afford new stock, never mind the anniversary pressie I have to save up for the OH next month

I had a lot of items bought by LCWgoods who has now been suspended...

I got paid for all her items but it would appear that many other sellers didn't.

I can't answer to as why that happened but maybe it was the 'Tea and sympathy' i approached her with, who can tell !! not me for one !!

I have to admit thought to not getting many sales since then, and maybe a couple of indignant sellers sending me emails..

As far as i know I haven't done anything wrong, except being 'Paid' for items someone bought from me...

I am a 60ish year old Lady, ok...60ish old women...but i would like to know 'WHY' my crafting items are not selling, even though i am am selling them off as cheap as i can...

Bids have dropped significantly within the past 7 days, yet better items have been listed.

Also "views" have gone down a lot, and on items that i havnt "plugged" in the forums, have 0 views

Im not optimistic at all, gonna keep listing this week a range of different antiques & collectables, but if this trend continues, a need to sell items will force me back to ebay with all these items, then promoting slower sale items on my own shop.


I realised you said just put yes to bids or sales etc, but im thick

I've had 2 sales, one turned out to be a NPB the other was a newcomer who paid very quickly.

I haven't bid on anything though as every time I do a search nothing comes up!

If you have a 10gig hard drive for sale, let me know!

This is one of the best forums i have ever been on. LUV IT.

But the whole sales caper is A NO GO.

Once upon a time it was okay, i think i was lucky to have been the 1st seller on here with designer perfumes and gifts but now there all over the place.

The other great thing about ebid was DEEBAGS, now she is gone too ... so the only designery things now are still FAKE but overpriced.

Id like to say ill still buy here, but as said ... buy what ?

YDC or what ever its called these days is another great thing about ebid but again, its paying money out not getting it in.

Sooooooo thats the end of 3 YEARS+ for me on here.

I'm finding very difficult to sell on ebid, i came over from the 'other side' where i had over 4000 positive feedback, and not even 1 negative...

ebid is at the point now as to whether it is going to survive or flounder...I for one hope it survives, what more can i say !!!!
