Just had a survey from FeeBay! Are they getting worried about eBid?

Like Gothicina, even if feepay revert to the way that everyone was happy with, I will never list soley on there ever again. Once bitten twice shy so they say.

I had one as well, filled it in ,,there was a couple of boxes that you could leave suggestions in so I just left comments as to the cost of fee hike, and loss of visability...also their inability to protect buyers sellers..will not do any good but made me feel better...its a pity you can not tear them up in little bits and post back...the survey that is.....Dave.

I never got a survey from greedbay, but I did get one from paypal a few months back. I told them what I thought of them closing peoples accounts down and with-holding monies that clearly wasn't paypals to keep!

It's against the banking law in the UK, which paypal (UK) have to uphold

I only filled mine in so that I could read it- I filled it in incorrectly- by only selecting the ' am I bovered ' button in the centre. I dont want them using any info to their own advantage!

I received the same survey (as my shop over there is winding down, I now have only 12 items still running, and won't be listing any more), and I started to read it, and then I thought - "Why should I do their work for them?". I'm not helping Ebay in any way at all- they made their bed, they can lie in it. It's a bit late in the day for them to asking their customers what they think! We've been telling them for five years, and they just ignore us.
Let's hope the new look Ebid really takes off - that'll show Greedbay.

Just tell them to read their own Forums, that will tell them how disgruntled people are and the things they should be fixing. But the bigger the mess the better in one way, drive more people over here perhaps

I got two surveys today, and I told them exactly what I thought about them in 1000 words or less. But I kept it nice, but got my point across.
