But to have him Blatently copy Top Gear at every turn its a Bloody Outrage...............

I like both programmes, I agree 5th gear is a copy of top gear- but i think theres room for both.

5th Gear is going to be a copy. When BBC canned Top Gear in late 2001, the whole production crew upped sticks and left for Channel Five to set up 5th Gear. It was only then that Clarkson went back to the BBC to relaunch Top Gear in it's current "magazine" format.

Well I watched the 5th gear last night and thought it was rubbish. In the last series it was a good show, with Vicki, Tiff, Jason Plato, but last night just sucked. The new guy is an absolute waste of space. Top Gear has nothing to worry about here. Plato used to give good sensible reviews. As for setting the show in a Cafe, have they run out of budget for a studio then!
