My poll is on the above question only, however lets consider the following too...

Is it fair to pick out one individual as a scapegoat?

Whatever perceived 'crime' the victim has done, isn't that up to Site admin to deal with?

is it really acceptable to allow mob rule and let the mob stand as judge and jury over that individual?

Is it ok for someone who has never bought from that seller to start accusing them of something - based on the heresay of others?

How would you feel if someone who had regularly bought from you - and who had previously left you positive feedback - was to suddenly start attacking your reputation- and post parts of private messages on the public forums?

How many of you wanted to post on recent threads but were afraid to for fear of being attacked or ridiculed by the bullies yourself?

Im very shocked by tonights comments regarding your MSN site especially when you seem to be anti bullying

I have never had a problem with you val , but i must say i do find your blackball list on your msn site unfair . As others have said - a disagreement on here shouldn't surely get them put on your blackball list .Blimy if we all blackballed people we didnt get on with no one would be able to buy anything lol

Black ball lists i thought were solely for scammers ,none payers etc not peeps with differences of opinion

I do hope you decide to change your mind about the list on your site , or at very least state what each person had done
