Auctions cloning and closing

At 12.03pm today I relisted 3 items that had closed earlier, they are running as live auctions no probs there but - identical auctions with the same auction IDs also closed at exactly the same time the new ones started ( it says they closed 1st Sept ), very odd.

This also happened on Saturday when I listed some new items. Anyone else had same problem check your closed auction list.

Still having this problem, every time I relist items from the Auctions I Listed page a duplicate auction closes showing the advanced closing date/time just started one and it closed on the 9th Sept

Please can you contact support@ebid.tv with auction ID numbers etc. Please specify the exact proceedure you are following when listing and we will review.

If an auction I've listed has ended and its in my listed............. when you selected repost and you go back to into my listed - the same auction is shown there twice!????????????
This has happened with every auction I have reposted in the past week.
It deosn't repost itself twice, it just shows in listed twice......

Strange things have been happening with my 'auctions i listed' area too. Not sure i could descrive what steps i took before i noticed the problem though!

I've e-mailed support with a detailed account of the problem.

FlipFlop and Val, have a look at the closing dates of your most recently closed auctions in Items I Listed, if you haven't deleted them that is.

I've deleted mine!
But I'll keep an eye out next time.

I have a bout 80 that have closed dating up to the 10th.
Another thing today I did an auto repost all and two got refused telling me the reason was that ebid stores now had a different category for my item.... do we have to open more stores if we want to put different items in our store, I thought we could just have one and put whatever we wanted in it.

I don't think you need to open a new store buttons, just put your item in a new sub-category within your store.

It was in a sub cat in my store the correct one for it. What it said was it was unable re list them because ebid stores now have a catagory to put an ebid store in selling this item. well I dont want my ebid store in that category I want it where it is in crafts .
