Browse Page holding page

We have added a holding page for our browse category and subcategory pages notifying that live prices and bids are being updated.

Until now users have had to wait around 10 seconds when this process is taking place without any notification on screen as to why the page is slower to load than normal. By adding the holding page we are explaining the small wait instead of users thinking the site has ground to a halt.

We have been working hard on speeding up our category and subcategory pages, we have managed to manipulate the creation of these pages form over 7 seconds sql time down to about 0.2 seconds due to some extremely geeky tinkering! For this reason the green holding page is no longer needed and will be removed shortly.
