I can't get in. The pages were loading really slowly all day, then they loaded and the writing went all funny and now I just get the header.
I know somebody on there had a thread about board problems but it took so long to load I never got to read it!

Blast, I was so enjoying the thread about buyers complaining because e..y are now asking them everything bar their knicker size when it came to leaving feedback.

Edited to say - maybe they are asking them their knicker size and that's why they are complaining

... you must have really upset 'em.
I can get back in now and apparently some folk are having problems and others aren't.

The buyers thread was very interesting and it seems a lot of them resent e..y playing the nanny and expecting them to fill in a bucket load of details to leave feedback. Can't say I blame them. Others were also saying that they could no longer find things in the searches. I could be wrong but apparently e..y are testing their new search facility on 10% of people before it goes full-time. From what I can gather people can't find what they want and are having to search through loads of pages because now stuff isn't in 'ending soonest' order.

No everything is listed as "Best Match" and you have to scroll down to get what category is actually the best match to what you are looking for. I did a search for an item and it called up a load of rubbish not at all related to what I was looking for.

Also, the community board was very slow for me as well.

Thanks for clarifying. Why would they want to 'best match' stuff?
In fact, don't bother answering because the obvious answer is that there doesn't appear to be any rhyme nor reason to anything over there at the minute.

    Crikey, I'm cynical.

But seriously, I do think it is showing a serious disregard for buyers time, expecting them to do all the extra work just to fit in with the desires of e..y and their ulterior motives.

    Yep, I'm definitely cynical.
