i had to make this new one just to get in ... when i request my old account it wont let me have it .. anyone else having this problem ??
i dont sell on here so cant see that ive broken any rules

I see you last used your old name on the 28th Apr and opened this one on the same day, were you having problems then ?
As you say they will only refer to your new account now after requesting lost password, maybe it's because they are picking up the same ISP and email addy from you, and its a security thing ? loll I dunno. I'm as baffled as you are.

Maybe you should have waited for info from admin before opening a new account. Sounds like you didn't really give them much time to respond! Email them again and tell them what you have done. There could be a mix up, with there only being a short time between each request. Did you request info for your old account before changing to your new one?
