Ensure you are choosing to use defaults using the new button at the top of the listing form. You can also now add data to the listing form from your previous auctions.

    Thanks

Received a confirmation e-mail today after posting a Wanted, the link at the bottom leads to an alternative front page, some kind of test page I think - not meant for public viewing.

Glytch: Report as Non paying bidder not working effectively

Glytch: System still wanting sellers to mark unpaid items as paid

In this instance i have sent three payment reminders as dictated. I tried to use the 'report as NPB button and got the following error message:

"you cannot report a non paying bidder until you have sent at least 3 payment reminders to the buyer or whilst the item is still marked as unpaid. You will need to add an details to the 'mark as paid' option"

Gazza there are two issues here- the second we complained about under the old system. Sellers do not want to mark an unpaid item as 'paid'- it's NOT paid- that's the whole point. Can the button be changed so that it can either be 'mark as paid' or 'mark as closed'

The second glytch is the system asking sellers to mark an unpaid item as paid before we can report a NPB. This sends an incorrect message to the buyer, plus is contradictory should we ever want to take legal action against a non paying bidder. please remove the connection between the 'mark as paid' and the 'report as NPB' buttons

Unresolved issue. Mark as unpaid not available

Can I ask what the status is on the issue I raised earlier regarding sellers needing the facility to overwrite items which have incorrecty been 'marked as paid'

    Auction example 1141370116-27385-30

Glytch. 'mark as paid' showing up incorrectly as bing noted up by the buyer on 21st march. It was me who noted the record

Glytch. The same auction shows 'sucessful Auction invoice sent 12rth march' this is not correct as EBID does not have the facility to generate auction invoices.

Until EBID is able to provide an invoicing facility , can you please give sellers the functionality to enter their own details as to when they send invoices, and change the automatic EBID entry which refers to your 'closed, bid on' notices to read 'Succesful Auction notice' . This will help sellers track their after sales actions correctly

Default Problems when sorting your browsing of listings

Hi, I have been browsing the wholesale category... firstly i pressed the " priced low to high " and then I pressed the "NEW" to view the newly listed items... It was all jumbled in price and time, with the "Free, Standard and Gallery Auctions" note between every few auctions... I checked that if had pressed the buttons the opposite way round (new first andthen the low/high) this worked fine and was not jumbled..Also I have checked another couple of catergories and it doesnt seem to get jumbled..

also if you press the bids button either high/low or low/high it all is jumbled... cheers x :-)

Changed text to remove the word "invoice".
