Glytch. Mark as unpaid option doesnt work!

I have three auctions that were due to be paid by Monday 27th March. payment is outstanding and I want to send a payment reminder... But I can't, because the buyer has marked the item as paid .

When we requested this facility we asked for separate records for the buyer and seller- from memory i think we asked for 'payment sent' where the buyer would enter details, and 'payment received' where the seller would record receipt.

In the case I now have (actually it's three cases) I start the formal process of issuing payment reminders, so i can never reach the 'report as NPB' stage

Didnt realise this thread was running so I asked on another thread for someone to check it out for me as was beginning to wonder if it was just me going gaa gaa (due to my age!!). I got something like 220 auctions yet only 174 in my store!!!

Sorry if this is not directly related to V3, but my "glitch" refers to "Auctions I Listed".

All auctions appear with option either to repost or delete which is fine. However if option to repost is chosen the details still remain under "Auctions I Listed".
This can become confusing not knowing which auctions have been reposted and when. It can lead to reposting duplicate listings.

When the "repost" or "delete" option is chosen under "Auctions I Listed" can the listing be automatically removed please

I agree with you on that one MG ~ it is confusing, I know I have often found myself reposting auctions then when checking I have duplicated, sothen have to turn round and delete one of them.
so to remove the listing would be a great bonus and a help!

Can you confirm how you are reposting your auctions. You have said it is autorepost but our records tell us you are using mass repost from My eBid.

However if I go to edit one of these auto reposted auctions- the store category does show on the edit page (as if it were always there) and it does register in the store count after editing. This gives me some hope that if you can fix the problem, my auctions may fix themselves at their next auto repost?
Can you confirm the problem is with auto repost and not mass repost from My eBid.

We found a small problem with mass-repost but not with auto-repost.

Can you keep an eye on things and tell us if it happens again.

We have restored all auctions to stores now.

    Sorry for the problems.
