Hi,You would be surprised Ann lol. You can have the daftest post possible and i guarantee you someone will take offense or think its real. There are some very gullible people in this world, i still cant believe they took the word gullible out of the dictionary

That is so true, & like you, i think it's a shame they removed gullible from the dictionary, it was several years ago wasn't it?

Its a herbal tea, very good for relaxation and doesnt taste TOO bad. Its good if you drink it at night before bed. Most people drink tea/coffee which stimulates your adrenal system and so does the opposite of valerian tea but each to their own i say!
I THINK this is what you need to do. Go to User CP near the top left of the screen. Then edit options, scroll to the bottom where it says Miscellaneous Options and select Enhanced Interface WYSIWYG. I think that allows you to add in smileys
Well when I click the smilie icons, they don't come up in my text. The flit up to the title so I have to type : ) (but with no space in the middle) to get this >>>>
As for Valerian tea, maybe I should give it a try. I'm an incurable insomniac but that could have something to do with the 10 cups of coffee I drink through the evening.....
