Thread: May leave ebid as no one looks at auctions

Cool May leave ebid as no one looks at auctions

    Hi All

Has anyone else found no one is looking at auctions. I've Been selling earrings and hand made cards, & even on 60 minute auctions no one even looks.

It does'nt give you much hope.

Its not as though my items were expensive I dont call a pair of earrings £1.50 dear.

Anyone else feel the same way?

    Hi June,
It's against the rules to leave, please refer to a previous thread titled They are coming... slowly... but they are! a section of the rule is within this thread.
Please reconsider your decision, rule breaking is very serious.
It seems to be slow for most people at the moment, i'm sure it will pick up.
    Regards, Ann.

My auctions, good prices, fair p&p.

Laughing is good exercise, it's like jogging on the inside.

How is it against the rules to leave. No-one can stop you leaving, if you want to. No-one can make you stay. All you have to do is stop selling or buying. You must have read the rules wrong.

I think you may have replied to the wrong post, it wasn't me that said there were no visitors, i'm perfectly happy with the amount of visitors & bids that i receive.

Hi, I had a look at some of your auction. That's not true, people have been looking
It could be your presentation. Some of the pictures aren't very good. The is one auction for clothing bundle. You only know what is in it because you say so but you can't see an awful lot in the picture.
If you are only going to use one picture, at least make it a good one.

Hi June, As you have not got a link (which is a good idea) to your auctions. I went to search, I notice you have no item's for sale at the moment.

How's about some Mother's Day hand made cards?, You might just time it right.

26thMarch 2006 in the UK and on 14th May 2006 in the US

    Good luck.

    Hi all

I think your all getting me mixed up with someone else. I only sell Jewellery, & no clothes bundles. All my pictures you can see clearly what they are.

I've had some auctions on front page with 60mins and still no watchers.

I put cards on, & mothers day cards even on 60mins auctions & no one wanted them.

& yes I agree, how can leaving ebid be illegal?

Thanks for your replies though June

Hi June, the bit about leaving that i wrote was just meant to be a touch of humour, but to understand it fully you'd need to see the other thread that i referred to which was They are coming... slowly... but they are! this was posted yesterday i think.
    Regards, Ann.

Hi June, this is the post i was referring to, i just found it, i hope this clears up the confusion, it was just said in jest.

Hi, I'm sorry to have to be the one to tell you this but going back is strictly against policy & rules.
Rule 17, section 4, subsection 35b, paragraph 15, strictly states.... Any established member of the ebid community found deserting & 'going back' will be hung, drawn & quartered. Furthermore, said person will then be transported to the desert to be eaten by vultures. However, it is permissable to visit 'the other side' to take advantage of cheap or free listing days but it is absolutely forbidden to leave permanently.

I hope you have found this information useful, i'd hate you to breach such an important rule, just because you were unaware of it.

    Regards, Ann.
