MELBAR CHINA Who is "B Ltd"?

I have some tea plates back stamped "Melbar Ware" with the maker "B Ltd". It is not Melba ware as I know their marks. I have checked the Potteries site and done a Google search but cannot find who "B Ltd" might be. Can anyone please help I have posted a picture of the backstamp.

Thanks to thehoneyant it may be Barlow but I cannot attribute the backstamp to that manufacturer. The only Barlow I can find working in Longton aroung the time I think the plates were made is W T Barlow & Sons. But if you know differently and can give me any more evidence then I would be appreciative.
