Help please, what are these called?

Hi, can anybody help me, bought this at a carboot (would like to post pic to make it easy). Anyway it's an ornament my wife thinks she has seen on a tv auction programe. I's a black kind of figurine, two heads from lower chest up, look like singers, pure black paint, green jackets, mustard shirts, black bow ties, about 8" high and 10" accross, no markings on base. Any ideas i've searched high and low could it be worth 20p or £20 the one on the TV went for over £400 if it was the same.

but as a guess by the brief description that you have given i`d say that it is a singer....a black n white minstral singer..
worth at a guess about ...£250.00 if it is excellent condition...
as they are quite rare and very hard to come by now a day.....
