Really loving the site - its so refreshing to see a customer focused site away from the sprawling ebay empire which...i might add by the time you've paid listing fees, selling fees, paypal fees, ebay stealth fees it ends up costing you money to sell stuff!

Been locked out of my account for no apparent reason, communication is so so poor – that you have to wait 24 hours for a response. I have submitted my telephone number so that we can sort this out and I am still waiting!

Have you emailed support? They usually respond within an hour?
Are you selling on here? could you have listed in wrong catagories, multiple listings, anything like that? Have you got neg feedback from someone?

Havent started selling and yeah ive email support, but had no response yet….I was asking a few too many questions about buddy points and I think that’s why I got barred. Bit strange though….I don’t have any negative feedback - I only joined yesterday and its all quite new to me....testing the water and all that jazz....

Seems Odd - strange! Keep at it though they will resolve it.

Bidding 54 times in as many minutes is an abuse of the facilities we provide.

May I say now and for future reference that a user will never be placed on hold for no reason. We have over 30 possible triggers for being placed on hold. If a user breaks hits one of these triggers they WILL be placed on hold.
