Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that your site is cool and I would love to spread the word as much as I can.....

...however.....

I am coming over from eBay and have had troubles and haven't even started selling yet. I would love to put my eBid Shop link on my email ads etc but i am worried that if other eBay sellers come over and have problems you will loose them for good.

eBay's fees are HUGE and it is making it very difficult to sell and make money - so your site sounds really fantastic!

Is there an Australian technical support phone number or Australian user that is tech support (i.e. we can talk/email instantly - on account of the time difference)?

I have posted the problems i have been having on your forums, but no luck yet!

It is frustrating to email only to get a reply two days later - meaning you guys are asleep when i email, and i am asleep when you reply. I wanted something a little more um...quicker
