    Question An Address Niggle

The way the addresses are shown in succesful auctions makes cutting and pasting them into my label printing software laborious. Each one for UK needs "united Kingdom" edited out of it.

It would save me,and other sellers who print their labels, a lot of time (well, it will be a lot of time if ebid gets really busy) if the postcode came before the country.

I know it is a niggle, but it is a constant irritation... well, it will be a constant irritation as sales build up.

I have two ebid stores. This is for Cats Protection;Lots of beanies, fast food toys, random collectables, some new children's clothes - almost anything really.
this is business and sells skeleton leaves, Thai silk, various vintage postcards, more random collectables
    Both sell discontinued china tableware.

Can you give us an example of the current setup and what you would like it changed to.

look at any completed auction, as viewed by the seller

    it shows

    Name
    house number, street name
    Town,
    United Kingdom
    Post code

    I would like

    Name
    house number, street name
    Town,
    Post code
    United Kingdom

then I can cut and paste just what I need.

I've sold two things this week, which is good for me (and I'm not listing on ebay for Cats Protection as the bidders are not around)

    We currently have

    Name,
    Address One, Address Two,
    Town, County, Country
    Postcode

This is for the onscreen address.

This is different to the previously stated

    Name
    house number, street name
    Town,
    United Kingdom
    Post code

Can you clairify that you agree and what you would like this changed to.

Please change ALL addresses (wherever they appear) to the following order:

    Name,
    Address One,
    Address Two,
    Town,
    County,
    Postcode,
    Country

PLEASE NOTE that COUNTRY should be LAST in the order.

    Thanks

That's it, Rainbow... vital for professional sellers as opposed to hobbyists (I've just bought this terrific Dymo printer(unfortunately not on here) and clone labels for it from a seller on here)
