anyone giving advice on or selling upgrade bundles on here?

Having a ton of bios error beeps (all of the error codes are showing at random) for months, yet all components are fine and working, so looking to do a modest upgrade :-
2ghz+ processor
new mb (at least 3 pref. 4 memory slots to reuse what i have) and 8 USB ports
1 or 2 new memory sticks
64meg vid card (nothing major as I only occasionally play UT2005)
extra fan

If you can come up with a lil upgrade pack to these specs give me a shout please

i had it all checked and was told the mb is failing, tho that was 6 months ago and its all still running lol.

I could do with an upgrade or new system anyhow, so may as well treat myself for a change
