New Categories

I sell Flags and i don't seem to be able to find a category for them. Having over 400 diffrent country, state & collecters flags
In stock at any one time could someone advise a place to list them? or could this be included within another catergory?

I have placed flags in several places that are relevent to the flag design and there have been people viewing, All i need now is sales, of which are now happening, Thanks Gazza for the advise appreciated.
