Default Going to knock the socks off Ebay

    Hi Guys...

Just wanted to say... Great Site... Easy to use.... Cost effective.

With all this in place, you are going to knock the socks off ebay!

    Keep up the good work.

Hopefully one day it will be as big as eBay !!! ... But they are trying.

I totally agree with everything you have just said though.

Sorry, I don't agree. This site is all well and good but it lacks presence (something which eBay has lots of).

Don't get me wrong, if you market this baby right it DOES have the potential to be much better than eBay. One thing I really don't like is that arkward spreadsheet you have to fill in to do multiple uploads - If you had a program like eBay's Turbo Lister then I think that would attract far more people away from eBay. What I do know is that you guys have definately got the pricing structure right compared to eBays rip-off fees! Well done!!

The working title name is fine.

Will this new lister allow us to use off site photos for gallery pictures? Have you approached any of the companies that do ebay support tools to see if they'd like to support ebid too?

    I'm thinking of companies like

    http://www.auctiva.com
    http://www.auction-sentry.com/index.htm
    http://showcount.andale.com

We are creating our own free listing tool (for Gold users) to start with. We are also developing our own API that will allow third-party software companies to develop their own software that speaks to eBid.

I don't care what it is called... I just want the thing. I can't get the hang of the spreadsheet.

I have two ebid stores. This is for Cats Protection;Lots of beanies, fast food toys, random collectables, some new children's clothes - almost anything really.
this is business and sells skeleton leaves, Thai silk, various vintage postcards, more random collectables
    Both sell discontinued china tableware.

Just a shame that nobody ever buys anything on ebid, plenty of auctions though. Sad scrolling through page after page and no bids................Phil
