Show statistic on homepage/category pages for sold (BuyNow) items?

Would also be useful to have a page that shows the stats as a graph giving the days of the week and times of the day when most bids are being made (not auctions closing) because it would help sellers to know the very best times to start and finish auctions.


Something along the lines of one graph for each of the seven days in a week, with a rolling total by hour of the day showing the bids received at that time over the last 10 Mondays, last 10 Tuesdays etc.
I seem to get a lot of the bids on my stuff are placed at lunch times (UK time) or afternoon coffee break Mon-Fri, but can't be sure and it may be co-incidental to the times I log in. Wish I had broadband, then I could create a monitoring tool to run in Outlook for when "Reserve Price reached" emails arrive.

I think that this info should be availbale to fully paid members/sellers ONLY...this is sensative info, and sellers don't want the world and his wife knowing it...

I would happily subscribe to such a service...even if it was a paid for (lo cost!) service...

Do you mean that those of us that have been here years and got a free lifetime seller's account would not have access to such a page? (I'd have to get grumpy about that if you did )

I just started listing last week (had to pay for my lifetime membership ) and was surprised that 7 out of the 9 sales i have made so far have been on 'buy it now'. I wonder if this is because I have chosen the option where the clock doesnt start till the first bid is made- then its a 5 day count down. I'm quite happy with the buy it now (wish it was pay for it now though!) but its a shame it doesnt show somewhere and make the site look busier!
