Will we have a choice not to ship internationally? US

Some US sellers don’t like to ship internationally because of the problems. Are we going to have a choice to ship in US only? Will our auctions be blocked from the UK site if that is a choice? Personally I would like to ship in US and Canada. No offence to UK users.
