From reading the boards i get the impression a live chat room might be good.
If people needed fast answers or being talked through how to do something its an easy way,
plus it seems like there are a lot of regular posters on here,,,just a suggestion and there are chat rooms alrea dy in existance where a room of your own can be set up so all it would take is a link to the site.
It would be another way of advertising ebid as well
