The tw#*s suspended me

I went and got myself suspended yesterday for selling copied fashion items.
The trouble is,ebid didnt inform me of this.
The first i knew was when i tried to log in and couldnt.
Tried a search for my auctions and they had all been wiped out.
Emailed ebid support to see what the problem was and was told i cannot sell copied items.
Ive just taken a look on the front page this morning and what did i see?
21 auctions for copied gear,watches,bags,purses to name but a few.
I`m seriously considering leaving and selling somewhere else.
I have a positive feedback score of over 200 so there are at least 200 people out there who dont mind buying copies,i know most people would rather buy a pair of sunglasses for a tenner than paying over a hundred for the same pair.
All my gear is as good quality as an original or i wouldnt sell it.
A happy customer is a returning customer i say.
Well ive had my grouch for today,better go and find somewhere to sell my wares.

Well I thought we permited fake items on here,
there has always been loads of fake, perhaps I should say copied watches on here, for as long as I can remember, Rolex and the like.

Nothing has ever been done about it before ????????. They are on the front page
most days. I think we need clarification from Garry and Mark about this

I know just what you saying folks but the management have this rule that says without warning sellers who list counterfeit items are breaking the law,and items will be withdrawn,and seller banned without reason.How do I know???It happened to me.I no longer sell anything much,was a watch /bag/purse man too.And yes I agree most strongly with everyone who still does it and gets away with it too.Same as you were,then thats it.Until suspension is upNo I do not know it all,but if you search the auction when listing,there it is.Doesnt help you,nor fender,nor Bel, but the ruling is there.Of course other sellers can easily point out to G&M these sales,but do we all want to be labelled grasses.Sadly they do exhist.

This is totally absurd. OK, everyone had better report every auction that hits Happy Hour, cos NOBODY sells a genuine item, worth £100s, with a start price of £1 NR!!!

Oh, and it would be nice if an email was sent to the seller AT THE TIME of suspension.
