Item description limit

When you sell an item there is a limit to the size of the description. I think this should be removed. I sell on eBay also and use the item description from there to sell on eBid but I cannot do so as the restriction.
I sell websites so the description is large.

We allow for 30k of data, thats 30,000 characters including all html and text.

When I tried selling this item I saw it was 30K.
I think this should be raised as my item descriptions are evry long, describing the website, hosting, features ect. is quite large.

learn to cut it down then. ebays is only 5 characters more.

30000 is ample. ensure you have clean html. Software like MS Frontpage will create bundles and bundles of unnecessary code.

Ow is it. Very strange as eBay accepted all my item descriptions.

gazza I am using FrontPage, I guess I clean it up.
