My mate who is a hairdresser always asks if the customer is on medication (BEFORE) she uses any dyes or bleaches, even though they may be long standing customers.Any doubt she just won't do it, without the customer signing a waiver.
Home hair dyeing can be a minefield.
LOL I once went (bright orange) But after a phone call to the labs number on the box, they told me what to do, and It turned out okay in the end.
