Unlicensed Prescription Drugs

Once again, I find myself writing to complain about a listing which I consider inappropriate, and once again there is no destination category for it.
A user calling himself viagrasales is selling prescription drugs on your open public auction site. Because he is having them delivered direct to the buyer from outside the UK, he is getting round the licensing laws. These drugs are dangerous in the wrong hands, and can cause fatalities. These listings should be removed, before an innocent party gets hurt.

Am I the only one who thinks this way? If I were to try and do this in the street, I would be locked up, so why is it allowed to go on in this auction site.

He isn't allowed to sell them on here, FULL STOP. Doesn't matter whether they are coming from abroad, they are still not allowed to trade in them.

HOWEVER, if these are the HERBAL ones, then that's a bit of a grey area, considering you can just walk into a high street shop and buy them...

To report listings, have you put it in Auction Patrol?

They are not herbal, they are generic, made in Bombay. Therefore, it is illegal to sell them.
