That's a real kick in the sphericals for all the sellers who have built the UK site over the years and still have to pay fees - I say we all boycott buying from the Americans

errrm we dont pay fees unless its for extras mate ... and that will apply to the US members .... they are paying a fee to JOIN which we dont have.

does it mean that all auction fees are free or that they won't have to pay the card validation fee to the site that verifies you?

They won't have to pay the validation fee...which is significantly greater for USA peeps than people in the UK using a UK bank account/card...
