We're all waiting for an explanation as to why ebid keeps going down!

Some of us have had to change out links too.... some ppl didn't notice that they weren't working, which is a little unfair as they were (IMO) probably losing trade via the forum readers as well as all those who tried to get onto ebid and gave up.

I think we'd all be grateful if you could come on here and let us know what's going on. I think we deserve to ber kept informed, otherwise ppl are just going to get fed up and leave

I'm sure everyone understands that work has to be done sometimes, but it would be nice to have some kind of idea of when, how long or even just what it is that's going on.

Don't know if they still do, (don't use it any more) but E*hock-spit* had a regular "downtime" between 9am and 11am on Friday mornings to undergo upgrades/changes etc. It wasn't particularly popular, but at least regular users knew to expect it and could plan Auction closes around it etc.

i have had LOADS of potential browsers/bidders contact me over the last few days about all of this.

i send oodles of emails a day and always ask them to have a look.

they have been but have been unable to get in!

and the forums? :roll:

you are really gonna have to do something cos a lot of newbies and even oldies are chunnering about it and getting slightly peed with it.
