Notes & Explanations about Essential Oils

1. (Aromatic) means diffuse, breathe, or inhale.
2. *'s mean that the oil has been proven in the clinics in Europe (France).
3. Essential Oils blends are underlined.
4. "Neat" means to apply the oil without diluting it with Mixing Oil.
5. Essential Oils are not listed in a specific order (an attenpt was made to list them alphabetically) so you will have to be intuitive on which one to use. If you do not see a change soon, try a different one. What one person needs may be different than another person. (Hint: Use Kinesiology to test yourself on the oils that are right for you!)
6. In this document, several homemade blends are suggested. However, it is done with great hesitancy. Some of the blends listed come from individuals who may not be experts in the field of essential oils and aromatherapy. Rather than mix the oils together, it is better to layer the oils; that is apply one oil, rub it in, and then apply another oil. If dilution is necessary, the Mixing Oil can be applied on top. Unless the individual formulating the blend understands the chemical consituents of each oil and which oils they blend wel with, the intended effect may not be achieved. The chemical properties of the oils can be altered when mixec improperly.
7. Stabilize your frequency with White Angelica (protects), Sacred Mountain (protects), or Valor (balances). When chakras are open and clear, frequencies balance. When working on someone to release emotional trauma, you may want to use White Angelica to protect yourself from taking on their negative programming and Valor to balance yourself.
8. If an individual has a problem with the smell of an oil and it is caused by an allergy put Harmony on crown, forehead, and thymus. You may also uyse a complementary oil to balance.
9. When someone is OUT OF BALANCE, try the following:
a. Put Harmony on palms of both hands.
b. Place one hand over the thymus (heart chakra) and the other hand over the navel.
c. Take 3 deep breaths and switch hands, then take 3 more deep breaths.
10. Less is often better; use 1 to 3 drops of oil and no more than 6 drops at a time. Stir and rub on in a clockwise direction.
11. Essential Oils las 20 minutes in the body. The effects and frequency are accumulative when the mental attitude changes. We must have a desire to change and work at it or the old programming will keep coming back. Oils are a precursor to set up the stage for action and a catalyst to do the work. Oils go where the need is present and they are activated in that area.
12. Testing on the thyroid, heart and pancreas showed that the oils reached these organs in 3 seconds. When oils are layered it is faster. The body absorbs oils the fastest by breathing and second fastest by applying the oils to the feet or ears.
13. Body heals in alpha and alkaline states. Essential Oils cross the blood brain barrier. Oils piggy back the energy waves to get into the cells.
14. When an oil causes discomfort it is because it is pulling toxins, heavy metals, chemicals, poisons, parasites and mucus from the system. Either stop taking the oils for a short time, to make sure your body isn't eliminating too fast or dilute the oils some until the body catches up with the releasing. These toxins go back into the system if they cannot be released.
15. Essential Oils are 21% or more oxygen and 7% Hydrogen Peroxide.
16. Herbs stimulate in an area for 6 months then you need to increase them to get the same results. When Essential Oils (the blood of the plant) are added back to the herb, it is changed from a medicinal state to a food state.
17. When the cell wall thickens oxygen cannot get in. The life expectancy of the cell is 120 days - 4 months. Cells divide making 2 duplicate cells. If the cell is diseased, 2 new diseased cells will be made. When we stop the mutation of the cells (create healthy cells) we stop the disease. Essential Oils can restore cells to normal in 7 seconds.
18. Each oil has a frequency and each of our organs and body parts have a frequency. The frequency of an oil will attract a like frequency in the body. Lower frequencies become a sponge for negative energy. The frequency is what stays in the body to maintain the longer lasting effects of the oil.
LOW frequencies make PHYSICAL changes in the body
MEDIUM frequencies make EMOTIONAL changes in the body
HIGH frequencies make SPIRITUAL changes in the body
a. Body frequencies range from 60 - 70
a. Bone frequency is 38-43
b. Neck and down frequency is 62-68
b. Spiritual frequencies range from 92 - 360
19. Do not diffuse Cinnamon (Bark) without extreme caution because it burns the nostrils. It may be diffused if you are careful not to put your nose directly nect to the neublizer of the diffuser.
20. In 1993 it was documented that SODIUM LAUREL SULFATE was the leading cause of allergies and caused blindness in children. This is found in most shampoos, cosmetics, soaps and toothpaste.
21. Three hundred (300) alabaster jars with Essential Oils were found in an Egyptian pyramid and they were still good. Egyptians met disease with no defeat. They used Essential Oils as medications. No mummies have been found with disease in them. King Tut died at age 9; they still cannot determine how he died. The Essen Gospel: "life begets life".
