your just a hive of information! lol how cool is this ive spent months emailing scholars and musuems and nuffin cum on here and get all i need to know! lol
well underneath written in ink it says "from memory after correggio" i took it to my local auctioneers who was all very excited to see it and offered my then and there £150.00 for it but ive been aroiund these guys for a long time and i know when they say things like that it really means "its worth alot more but am gonna fleece you if i can"...so i held onto it! lol

ops: Give me your location and I may be able to give you the name of an Auction House near you that will value it by photograph, and information on size etc.,
It has saved me some headaches over the years. :lol:

well am in kirkby lonsdale in cumbria, I know james thompson and i used to go out with H&H King Auctioneers! but it was james T who sed he wanted it.....but he aint gonna get it!
