    Default Terminator 3 - Rise of the Machines

    I recently just saw this film, was a bit let down by it, wasnt as good as the 1st two, whats all your thoughts on it?

    I haven't seen it yet, gonna go see it this weekend without fail no matter how awful it is

    Apparently the writer (or was it director?) has nothing to do with this sequel, which might be why it's a little different.

    ...still, it can't do as badly as Robocop 3 did, that put Orion out of business, mass overbudget and it flopped :P

    The boy who played connor wasnt in the 3rd one, he got sacked for doing drugs :shock: dont knw much about the director tho, its still a good film, just was expecting a bit more from it. Ah well

    The director of this new one is Jonathan Mostow. He made Breakdown with Kurt Russell and U-571 which (apart from U-571's questionable history lesson) are both cracking thrillers.

    I think he's a good replacement. I'm looking forward to the next movie, which I don't think even needs Arnie in it. The computer generated robots are so good now, who needs an expensive actor?

    I enjoyed this one, but obviously not in the same league as the parts one and two, but good fun nonetheless.
