Feature and listing prices in help pages

time to update this? get rid of the old listing fee breakdown (all now zero anyway) and add the prices of the features? Had a newbie asking, and couldn't find an actual list of prices without actually starting to enter a listing.

btw, clicked on the "no listing fees" banner on front page, and it sent me to that url on boxer.ebid and gave me a 404.
