Anyone know what this is????????????

Hi have had this for over 30 years and it was old then, can anyone tell me what it is or where i can find out about it?





it has no markings on it, when you wind it up it goes along and moves its arms and head.
it has a metal bottom and metal wheels
it's head is made of straw and covered in paper

any help gratefully accepted
